CRL Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Setting Blocks are designed for use in a wide range of glazing applications, offering excellent compatibility with modern structural glazing sealants. Manufactured from durable thermoplastic rubber with a 90 durometer shore hardness, these blocks provide performance comparable to traditional neoprene alternatives. They offer reliable support for glass installation, helping to distribute weight evenly and prevent contact between glass and frame surfaces. The material’s high chemical resistance ensures long-term stability and prevents marring or staining on contact surfaces. Available in the most common neoprene block sizes, these setting blocks are suitable for both commercial and architectural glazing projects that require dependable strength and sealant compatibility.
