Each of our CraCycle molds are made of top quality pure silicone. They will not break down in your oven. They will withstand temperatures up to 400 Fahrenheit! To melt your broken crayons we recommend 250 Fahrenheit until crayons evenly melt (about 10-15 minutes) Durable, reusable and quality guaranteed - so if you ever encounter an issue just reach out! We will answer any questions or comments that you may have, or replace any defective molds! Pro Tip: You can also melt your crayons separately using a double boiler, and pour them into each mold cavity for a more smooth crayon.
